Marathi manus & business

I think only Marathi Manus can help Marathi manus to do business... instead of going to Gujurati's and other people...
other thing i observed and feel shamed of that Marathi manus is not good at listening to customer and dont know much about services to provide to please customer... customer value should be there in there talking and behaviour...

I think if we give us a chance we can be very good business people...
But no pulling of legs of each other instead STAY TOGETHER...

and always remember "if You help others to GROW, you will grow with them..."

Helping hand is necessary in Marathi Mati....

hi siddharth,
thanks for comments on this very serioud topic. I was doing study on marathi manus & businees.Many of marthi manus are negative for business they will happy in there current job.But I dont Know how they achive there dreams. but yes there i lot of pepole like you diffent mind & positive. i think if we will change atlest 10 pepople mind to this forum than we will great satisfaction to discss this topic.

are rahul ata ithe yevdha changal discussion mandal ahe , jar tula marathiadda ashya discussion sathi nahi pahije tar mang kashya. ani ithe tar tu aple mat mand na ............. Are yaar je changl challal ahe tyala support kar na. vaitakade kashyala lax detoy?

नमस्कार प्रशांत प्रथम अश्या चांगल्या विषयावर चर्चा सुरु केल्यामुळे मी तुमचे धन्यवाद मानतो.
मी देखील कित्तेक दिवसांपासून या विषयावर विचार करत आहे.
मला मराठी माणसात खालील प्रमाणे नकारात्मक गोष्टी आढळल्या -
१) माणसावर कौटुंबिक विचाराचा फार पगडा असतो आणि आपल्या मराठी कुटुंबातील विचार फारच आखूड आहेत जे उद्योजकतेसाठी तारक नाहीत .
२)आपण लोक नवीन गोष्ट करायला फारच घाबरतो. आणि आधीच एख्याद्याने चाललेला सोयीस्कर मार्ग निवडतो.
३) Think hatke हे आपल्यात बराच्दा पाहायला मिळते पण Do hatke हे शोधूनच सापडेल.
४) आपल्या लोक्कांमध्ये कठोरपणा नहीं आहे , आणि धंद्याच्या बाबतीत हा एक minus point आहे .
५) जरी एखादा धंद्यात यशश्वी झाला तरी फारच कमी आहेत ज्यांचे मराठीत्व टिकून राहते.

मला खालील प्रमाणे सकारात्मक मुद्देही सापडलेले आहेत -
१) आपण एखादी गोष्ट करायला सुरुवात केली तर ती मनानी करतो.
२) आपन कोणाचा विश्वासघात सहसा करत नाही.
३) आपल्या लोक्कांची knowledge capturing ability फारच चांगली आहे.

हि सर्व मझि व्ययक्तिक मते आहेत.
मला हे सागांयला आवडेल कि मी येक engineerincha विद्यार्थी आहे आणि मला देखील एक यशश्वि उद्योजक बनायचे आहे.
